This year, voting in the big Eurovision Song Contest is changing in Lithuania - viewers who want to vote for their favorite song will be able to do so in the official contest mobile app and via SMS.
In preparation for the grand European song contest, viewers are invited to download a special app called "Eurovision Song Contest".
You can find the app in your device's app store - Google Play Store on Android devices and App Store on Apple devices.
Once you install the app, you will immediately find all the information about the competition, news, and during the competition, the opportunity to vote for your favorite performances.
As before, voting will be possible in the semi-final, in which Lithuanian representatives participate, and in the final of the competition - on May 15 and 17.
To cast their vote for the shows they like, viewers will be able to do so in several ways:
- The most convenient way is to vote in the Eurovision Song Contest app on your phone or other smart device.
- Vote by phone via SMS – you will see the information during the broadcast on LRT TELEVISION and on the LRT.lt portal.
- Vote on the official Eurovision voting website esc.vote.
Please note: there is no longer any possibility to vote by phone in this Eurovision.
As before, it will not be possible to vote for Lithuanian representatives on the territory of Lithuania - this year our country is represented by the band "Katarsis" with the song "Tavo akys". In order to implement this principle, the "Eurovision Song Contest" app and website esc.vote Identification will be carried out via a bank card - you will need to enter your payment card details on the platforms. When voting via SMS, this principle will be implemented based on SIM card data, as before.
