More and more people are shopping online and picking up their ordered goods in regular stores.
However, buyers notice that merchants are constantly applying new taxes to such buyers.
This month, customers noticed that "Old people" has started to apply an "Order Preparation Fee" to goods that are ordered online and picked up in store.
The "Order Preparation Fee" fee of "Senukai" covers all goods that can be picked up at the store's pickup point after ordering online, regardless of price, regardless of discounts, regardless of loyalty card level, regardless of whether the goods are picked up from the store itself or delivered. The amount of this fee is 0,38 euros.
We want to ask you, do you agree with online stores introducing a new "order preparation" fee?
