According to the project developer, commercial real estate development and management company Baltisches Haus, the reconstruction of PC Mada is planned to begin in September of this year and be completed within two years, with an investment of 52 million euros approved last week.
The new architectural concept of "Mada" was born after long discussions, various studies and deliberations with architects, and according to the planned reconstruction concept, the current building would change fundamentally - from facades, internal layouts, modernization of engineering networks to the interior. Also, great attention will be paid to public community spaces and greenery in the access areas.
"After the reconstruction, which we plan to start in September of this year and complete by September 2027, Mada will be an almost completely new shopping center," says the director of Baltisches Haus.
According to him, 52 million euros will be invested in the design and construction of the shopping center over the next two years, and about 100 different tenants should settle in the reconstructed "Mado".
