The Norwegian capital bank Fjord Bank, which will officially start operations in Lithuania in the spring, has located its Vilnius team in the modern business center "Business Stadium West" on Rinktinės street. Fjord Bank, which has received a specialized bank license in Lithuania and will provide online banking services, will rent 300 sq.m. in a modern business center. m premises, where it is planned that about 20 specialists will work. The bank entrusted the search for office premises in Vilnius to the real estate consulting company Solid Real Advisors.
The Business Stadium West business center is located on the site of the former Žalgiris stadium, planned in one of the largest business districts of the capital. The 8-storey, 16,5 thousand sq. m. class A business center is equipped with the latest environmental control systems and modern engineering solutions. The business center is built in a strategically convenient location, right next to the Vilnius Old Town and the main financial center Constitution Avenue.
The premises offered by Business Stadium West met our needs both in terms of location in the city, quality and area. When choosing the premises, we had in mind the future development of our team, so we were looking for an office where we would have the opportunity to increase the number of workplaces according to our needs. It is also important that the building in which we settled is of high energy efficiency class, has modern infrastructure and other advantages typical of new business centers,” says Julius Atidukraitis, Marketing Manager of the specialized bank Fjord Bank.
Aurimas Astramskas, partner at Solid Real Advisors, says that the bank's most important requirements when choosing office premises were a convenient location not far from the city center, modernity, and quality of the premises.
"Since the client operates in the financial sector, it is important for him to have a representative office in the part of the capital where financial institutions and businesses are concentrated. In addition, data security issues are particularly relevant for the bank, so premises were sought that would meet the high requirements of this area," says A. Astramskas.
The Fjord Bank office located in the Business Stadium West business center is equipped with comfortable and ergonomic workplaces, cozy lounge areas, as well as a separate room for bank servers.
According to J. Atidukraitis, the bank currently has 8 employees working in Vilnius, but in the near future their number should increase to 14-15, and later the team may expand to 20 specialists.
The Business Stadium West business center was developed by the real estate investment companyMales", and was designed by the architectural studio "Arches". The business center has also already been established by companies such as "Trafi", "NFQ Technologies", "Teleperformance" and "Nortal". On the first floor of the business center there are traders, catering establishments and service providers - "Vero Cafe", "Narvesen", "Thierry kepykla", restaurant iLunch and others.
Norwegian capital bank Fjord Bank will provide consumer loans and accept term deposits to Lithuanian residents. The bank will operate only online and does not plan to have physical customer service branches in our country.
