Real estate and investment companies "Males"Business Stadium North East" business center has been assessed and certified according to the Lithuanian Building Sustainability Assessment System (LBAS). The building has been awarded a high two-star (★★) rating.
The office building was assessed against a wide range of sustainability criteria: energy efficiency, environmental impact, employee comfort, health aspects, transportation solutions, land use, green spaces, waste management and water management. This assessment confirms that the business center meets high standards of sustainability and environmental protection.
"The Business Stadium North East business center meets all sustainability requirements for modern buildings, and this is confirmed by the certificate it received," says the Chairman of the Board of Hanner Arvydas Avulis.
The building has installed ventilation systems controlled by CO₂ sensors, optimized lighting and acoustic solutions that increase employee comfort, and energy is produced from renewable energy sources. Energy consumption in the Business Stadium North East building is 21 percent lower than the average use of office buildings in Lithuania.
In addition to technological solutions, great attention was paid to the environment - green spaces and a rainwater collection system were installed, which allows reducing the load of surface wastewater on the city's infrastructure.
"The Hanner business center is an example of how innovative architecture can be combined with sustainability principles. We are pleased to confirm this with the LPTVS certificate," says Remigijus Simanavičius, President of the Lithuanian Green Building Council, which created the Lithuanian building sustainability assessment system.
Business Stadium North East, with an area of 16 sq. meters, is the third office building developed by the company on the former territory of the Žalgiris stadium. Hanner has also already developed the West and North office buildings, and will soon complete the construction of the fourth business center, Central. The total investment in the development of the quarter will exceed 000 million euros.
