Proposals are accepted at the address Konstitucijos ave. 7, Vilnius (European Business Center, UAB "Hanner", 30th floor), and the deadline for submission of works is July 2025, 10, 12:00 p.m.
Žirmūnų g. 3A: from historical past to modern development
The plot at Žirmūnų g. 3A, where the new quarter is planned, covers an area of about 1,02 ha. Previously, a one-story building with half-timbered architectural features stood on this site, built in the 3s. In recent years, the territory has been abandoned and unused, so the new development will provide an opportunity to revitalize this part of the city.
According to preliminary plans, the plot is intended to house two 4-8-storey apartment buildings, which will form two enclosed courtyards and an open public space in the middle. The total investment could reach around 38 million euros.
Žirmūnas – one of the oldest microdistricts of Vilnius, construction began in the 1960s. The district is characterized by Soviet-era architecture, but in recent decades it has experienced a wave of renewal. The nearby Šiaurės miestelis has become one of the most important business and residential districts in Vilnius.
The plot at Žirmūnų g. 3A is strategically located – just 3 km from the city center, near the Neris River, with well-developed infrastructure and public transport. Nearby are schools, shopping centers and other important institutions.
