Currently, outdoor engineering networks are being installed from the side of Tolminkiemi Street, trenches are being dug, and connections to existing networks are being made. These works will be completed in May and the foundations will be poured in June.

After the implementation of this large-scale project, the availability of educational services will be increased in the rapidly growing Pilaitė microdistrict, a modern and innovative environment will be ensured for both children and school staff, and opportunities will be provided to improve the general level of education and extracurricular activities.
The Tolminkiemi high school in the Pilaitė microdistrict was designed by the well-known Vilnius architectural studio "DO architects", which won the architectural competition last year.
The school building company "Jungtiniai projektai" has accumulated experience in implementing public construction projects - last year it built the extension of the Balsiai pro-gymnasium to the primary school, it is currently building the extension of the Mykolas Marcinkevičius hospital and is finishing the administrative construction and heritage preservation works in the homestead park of the Trakai Vokė estate.
