The international office and workplace rental network "Regus" signed a long-term contract with one of the largest Lithuanian real estate development companies "MG Valda" and rented premises in the modern business complex "Park Town" developed by it. Regus will occupy the entire first floor of the new business complex and lease more than 1200 square meters of space. Already next year, more than 100 jobs for rent will be created in this space.
Ekaterina Kosmačeva, Head of Regus for the Baltic States, claims that one of the most important factors for the successful operation of the network is office space located in strategically convenient locations in cities.
"We assess not only the current situation of business complexes, but also what are the future prospects related to their environment, infrastructure, public transport development around offices, as well as important trends in the economic and physical development of the city. "We chose Park Town not only because of its unequivocally excellent location in the business center of Vilnius, but also because of the opportunity for employees to combine the advantages of the capital's active business district with the peace of the future Japanese garden when they need it," says J. Kosmačeva.
According to the manager, renting workplaces in this center is likely to be of interest not only to Lithuanian specialists and companies looking for business start-up offices, but also to companies with foreign capital. The company currently rents work spaces in Iceland Street in the capital.

The Park Town business complex is being developed in two stages: the first 7 sq.m. is planned to be completed in the middle of the year. area building construction; at that time, the second 200 sq.m. area building will be completed at the end of 14. quarter. The total investment in the business center amounts to 800 million. euros.
The Park Town business complex will have a conference center, a kindergarten, a sports club, restaurant, other daily services will be provided. The buildings will be equipped with two spacious terraces, from which there will be a view of the future Japanese garden bordering the business center.
