"When looking for new business premises, several arguments were most important to us: that the office should not be far from the city center, convenient transportation in all directions, and the premises themselves must be modernly equipped. We chose "Business Stadium West" because it is a modern building that offers additional value - common areas of the block are being created, there will be a pedestrian promenade nearby, the building provides additional services for those who work here," comments M. Vizbaras.
According to the manager, an intermediate planning option was chosen inside the office - open spaces are connected with closed ones, which will be used for meetings, quiet work areas, and making calls. In the office, it is planned to install a spacious rest area with a kitchen, a play area, where employees can not only eat, but also rest.
One of the unique features of the planned office is a music room with additional sound insulation, where employees will be able to play their musical instruments in their free time.
"Trafi" will establish its new office in the 16 sq.m. meters in the "Business Stadium West" business complex, on Rinktinė Street in the capital. The business center offers areas for corporate offices from 500 to 150 sq.m. meters per floor.
