As the term of the lease agreement for the main office located in Savanorių prospekt is coming to an end, the state-owned gas transmission system operator Amber Grid plans to transfer part of its employees to a new office next year, vz.lt reports.
The real estate development company "Vastint Lithuania" submitted a lease offer in the office building "Business Garden Vilnius", and the real estate development company "Galio Group" - "Freedom 36".
Amber Grid plans to move 2021 employees to the new office at the end of 76. In total, Amber Grid currently has 320 employees.
Another state-owned energy company - "Ignitis grupė" - is also planning to move to the new central headquarters, promising to sign a lease agreement with "Vastint Lithuania" for office premises in the "Business Garden Vilnius" building. At the end of 2019, the state-run electricity system operator Litgrid also moved to new premises.
