Having signed four construction development contracts, the general contracting company "Conresta" does not slow down its activities and welcomes the end of the year positively. The general contracting agreement was signed with Conresta Vilnius city municipalities administration regarding the construction of a nursery-kindergarten in Verkių ward, Bajorai. The construction work is planned to be completed within 12 months from the signing of the contract. The value of the construction works exceeds 4,1 million. EUR without VAT. A building information model (BIM) will be used during the implementation of the project.
The future new kindergarten will be able to accommodate 240 children. The total area of the kindergarten will reach 3,5 thousand. sq. m. The nursery-kindergarten will be a building of modern architecture, geothermal heating is designed in it. Children's playgrounds have been designed in the territory, and for the convenience of parents parking lot.

Luxury apartments in the heart of Vilnius
"Conresta" will soon start building Basanavičiaus g. 4A, Vilnius, reconstruction works. In the place of the former art gallery, the hotel building "Gallery 4A" will be erected, where in the spring of 2022, 11 apartments with exclusive spaces for residents looking for luxury will be installed. The apartments will stand out with modern architecture, impressive spaces, and the highest quality. The building will have an underground parking lot, 2 elevators, the building will be constantly monitored by security/concierge. The apartments will also have separate spacious terraces with a view of the old town of Vilnius. Those looking for a cozy office or commercial premises will be able to settle on the first floor of the building.
New car showroom
The construction contract was also signed between representatives of Sostena Auto and general contractor Conresta. Work on the construction site has already started since the beginning of November, and it is planned to finish the work in November next year. The new car showroom will be together with a repair shop. The total area of the plot is 7871 sq.m. The project also includes reconstruction works for a 200-meter section of the street.
In the central part of the plot, a 4-level service and trade building is designed, where a car dealership and car repair workshop spaces are designed. The energy efficiency class of the building is A+. The value of the construction works reaches 6,2 million. EUR without VAT.
3 schools will be built in Kaunas district
In the near future, it is planned to start the construction of as many as 3 schools in the Kaunas district, namely the modernization of the Mastaičiai basin and the creation of a new school, the reconstruction and construction of the annex of the Zapyškis primary school and the educational building in Kačerginė. The doors of all three schools are planned to open in the next few years, already in September 2022. 10,5 million is provided for the performance of works. EUR + VAT. Areas near schools will also be maintained. The total area of all 3 schools and the pool exceeds 10 thousand. sq. m.
The order portfolio is being filled consistently
The director of Conresta company Lukas Laukaitis is happy that even in difficult conditions not only for the country, but also for the whole world, although construction has slowed down, it has not completely stopped, the portfolio of orders is consistently filled, new projects are won, and the existing ones are managed to be carried out accurately and carefully, special attention to safety. "One of the biggest challenges is that during the quarantine, construction must continue at full capacity in order to complete the work on time. This means that we carefully and precisely plan the work environment, construction techniques, material logistics and organize the construction work with extreme precision in order to keep up with the original plan. This is not the first time we have accepted the challenge of quarantine, devoting all our efforts to creating safe workplaces, in compliance with all safety and hygiene recommendations", L. Laukaitis, director of Conresta, shares the challenges.
Significant projects
