This resulted in the final price rising by almost a fifth from the initial price," says Guoda Gurauskaitė, director of the Sales Department of Turto bankas.
Turto bankas took over the object with a part of the plot of land located right next to the Cathedral Square from the Vilnius Territorial Hospital Funds. The premises have a separate entrance from Ž. Liauksmin st. half, spread over two floors, part of the unfurnished attic was sold together with the premises. The object is included in the list of immovable cultural values.
