The funds received for the property sold will be allocated to renovation and modernization projects of administrative state property developed by Turto bankas.
"Premises located in metropolitan centers and old towns always attract the attention of potential buyers. This object is no exception, and 4 participants submitted their bids at the sale auction. This resulted in the final price rising by almost a fifth from the initial price," says Guoda Gurauskaitė, director of the Sales Department of Turto bankas.
Turto bankas took over the object with a part of the plot of land located right next to the Cathedral Square from the Vilnius Territorial Hospital Funds. The premises have a separate entrance from Ž. Liauksmin st. half, spread over two floors, part of the unfurnished attic was sold together with the premises. The object is included in the list of immovable cultural values.
The surrounding area is dominated by commercial and administrative buildings and many service establishments.
