The project solutions envisage 4 rooms of the guest house to be used as apartments, changing the purpose of the entire building to residential, changing the purpose of rooms to apartments and forming apartments as separate property units. Separate engineering systems are planned for the apartments, which are installed, connected and functioning - a separate system for a separate guest house room, so there will be no need to change or redesign the internal engineering systems. Each apartment will have already installed separate water, heating and electricity metering. There is a gallery on the plinth floor, there are 2 entrances to the gallery from St. Mikalojus st., to the building - from Lyda st.
When changing the purpose of the building to a residential one, the existing insolation ensures the legal requirements for residential buildings. Minimal repair work is expected in the premises - the walls will be repainted. No repair work is carried out on the outside of the building.
On the first floor, it is planned to equip one apartment with access to the inner courtyard. Two apartments are being designed on the second floor, one apartment and a spa on the attic floor. Spa - existing, intended only for the private use of the residents of the house. Out of town visitors will not be allowed. A children's playground would be installed in the inner yard, on the existing lawn, above the basement ceiling. A bench is installed on the site for people to sit down. There will be only 4 apartments in the building, a parking lot in the inner courtyard, fully enclosed and sufficient for the residents of the house," the project proposals say about changing the purpose of the building and adapting it to residential use.
