"We chose the location for the new company office in the HIGHWAY business center not only because of its high energy class, which will significantly reduce office costs in the future, but also because of the opportunity to create a distinctive, unique and comfortable space. It was very important for us to have the freedom to plan the rooms as we want, not as dictated by the partitions. We had a need to create an office space where managers do not have separate offices, we installed spacious meeting and leisure rooms. We paid a lot of attention to acoustic solutions - we laid a double carpet, selected sound-absorbing furniture, covered part of the ceiling, which allowed us to harmonize the designer's idea and not destroy the efficiency of the acoustic system. In order to fulfill our needs, we had to find a real estate developer that responds flexibly to the client's needs," says TEGRA CEO Povilas Staigis.

The HIGHWAY business center is located in the first row at Savanorių Avenue, one of the main transport arteries of Vilnius. The total area of the HIGHWAY business center is 5420 square meters. m., and the total area of the rented premises is 4900 sq. m. m.
