"Our team is constantly growing along with the volume of work. Realizing that we will no longer be able to live in our current premises, we started looking for a new, more spacious "home". "Park Town" business center offered a convenient location, communication, modernly equipped premises with an exclusive environment, smart technical and engineering solutions. This business center's approach to environmental protection and sustainability is also important to us, because we aim to be socially responsible not only through specific works, but also through our daily impact on the environment, reducing the CO2 footprint of our activities on the planet," says R. Kasperavičius.
Energy-generating solar modules are installed on the facades of Park Town buildings, a room irrigation system is installed, and individual solutions for lighting the workplace and managing the microclimate of each room are ensured. The first building of the business center has already been awarded the BREEAM New Construction Excellent certificate for sustainable use and high standards.
