The real estate development company "MG valda", having sold the first building of the "Park Town" office complex in Vilnius on Friday, next to the Lithuanian Children and Youth Center and the office building "K29", is also selling the second building. According to BNS, its buyer is the investment company "Dao family office" managed by the family of Tautvydas Misiūnas, a shareholder of the small concern "Achemos grupė". She also bought the first building.
"On Friday, we successfully completed the sale of the first building. The sale of the second building after its construction has been completed has also been agreed upon. The spectrum of our activities is rapidly expanding, in the near future we will announce more new plans, so we are currently concentrating on development activities", said Sigita Survilaitė-Mekionienė, CEO of MG Valdas, in a statement.
The company does not disclose to whom and for how much it sold the first building and with whom it agreed on the sale of the second building.
The parties to the transaction were advised by law firms "Sorainen", "Ellex Valiūnas" and the real estate services company "Newsec advisors LT".
About 14,8 thousand sq. meters, the construction of the second building on Lvovo street "MG valda" started at the beginning of 2017, it is planned to be completed in the summer of 2019. Currently, almost 30% is leased. of its area - the Lithuanian Basketball League and the company "Glera Games" should be established in the building.
For the first 7,2 thousand sq. "MG Valda" agreed on the sale of the building with an area of XNUMX meters in August. The international office and workplace rental company "Regus Business Centers Vilnius", the information technology company "Alna", the companies "Fortevento", "Trans.eu Baltic", "Same System", "Inventi", "Tieto Lietuva" operate there.
