NFQ Technologies, a software development company of Lithuanian and German capital, will move its Vilnius office to new premises in the Class A business center "Business Stadium West" on Rinktinės Street. The IT services company signed a contract for almost 1600 sq. meters of premises leased in a modern business center with its developer - the NT investment company "Males".
About 110 highly qualified specialists will work in the new NFQ Technologies office at the end of this year, but according to company representatives, growth is planned in the near future.
"We started preparing for moving to a new office in Vilnius about a couple of years ago, predicting the growing scale of projects and products. We were looking for an office that would not only allow the current team to work comfortably in Vilnius, but also ensure the conditions for the further growth of the team and have opportunities to expand the office space, we can currently offer at least 50 open positions for programmers and big data scientists.", says NFQ Technologies. manager Paulius Insoda.
According to the manager, when looking for a new office, not only the technological advantages of the "Business Stadium West" building, the flexibility of internal space planning, but also the location in the city were important.
"The opinion of our colleagues was no less important to us than our business goals, so we searched for a long time for a place that was close to our former office Constitution Avenue - every employee has his own routes, for example, between kindergarten, sports club, work, so we tried to take into account the fact that NFQ people would not have to reschedule their usual agenda. Mr. Insoda says that the company will place some of the jobs in the open space, because one of the main advantages of the company is the ability to quickly assemble teams to work on various products, depending on the needs of the business to increase and decrease them. According to Mr. Insoda, one of NFQ's greatest values is sharing knowledge, and in order for employees to be able to do this effectively both among themselves and with others - during NFQ Academy or external events - the new office is planned to have a large, spacious and fully equipped the academy's hall, conveniently connected to the kitchen, if the discussions should be extended over a cup of coffee.
