SEB Bank in Lithuania provided 4,22 million EUR loan to the logistics company HRX. The company with Finnish capital will use the received funds for the construction of a modern logistics terminal in Vilnius district, the report says.
"By financing a more efficient and sustainable logistics infrastructure in Lithuania, we can support the necessary changes in the logistics sector, which have a significant impact on the entire country's economy," SEB bank board member Eglė Dovbyšienė is quoted as saying in the press release.
The company HRX, engaged in cargo transportation, has been a client of SEB banka Lithuania for more than ten years, but the contract for financing the construction of the terminal is the first investment transaction in the entire history of cooperation.
According to the report, the area of the terminal under construction will be 3741 square meters. meter. 20 loading gates for heavy vehicles and another 14 for cargo minibuses will be installed here.
It is planned that the company's new logistics center will start operating this year. The loan was granted for five years.
