Grand House LT, the developer of the largest block of cottages in the capital, announces the final completion of the first phase of construction of the Antežeriai block and the settlement of the first residents. Currently, 68 cottages have been completed and the infrastructure of the quarter is fully developed.
It is planned to complete the Antežeriu quarter by the end of this year. A total of 3 cottages will be built in the 151-hectare block.
According to Jonas Skerlas, director of Grand House LT, which is developing the project, this is one of the most ambitious cottage blocks in Lithuania.
"Understanding the size of the project and the future population, we paid great attention to the needs of the community - playgrounds, family alleys, green areas, other quality life infrastructure," says J. Skerla.
According to him, the building facades, roads, lighting and fences are currently fully completed in the settlement, so future settlers can already see how the cottages and the common spaces around them will look like.
The settlements of Zujūnai, Gineitiškii and Antežeriai, at the intersection of which this project is located, are currently expanding sustainably. In recent years, new shops, pharmacies, kindergartens, and tennis courts have opened their doors here. Gamblers will be able to regularly walk to the TV studio where Teleloto is filmed every Sunday.
It is observed that the cottages are of the greatest interest to young couples and families looking for a balance between the comforts of the city and life in nature.
All cottages in the Antežeriu quarter will have the same area and height with attics. The total residential area of the block will reach 12 thousand. sq. m. Grand House LT will invest a total of almost 12 million in the project. euros.
