"Modern Baroque may sound like a paradox, but it will be a truly exceptional complex in an exceptional location." Usually, after deciding to settle down in the old town, in exchange for a prestigious historical location and great views, one has to deal with parking problems and poor microclimate conditions in the office. We will offer offices with modern heating, ventilation and air conditioning, lighting solutions, spacious underground parking, so the tenants will have not only a great historical environment, but also all modern advantages", says Oliver Ortizas, the creator of the idea of "Tower Square".

"We have no doubt that the opening of Bokšto Square will breathe new life into this part of the old town, which for a long time was overlooked by everyone. It's really not just for the great value to stop by restaurant - this complex will be open to citizens and tourists. Although this complex was greatly disfigured during the Soviet era, we managed to save and restore a large part of the baroque architectural elements, so there will definitely be places to look around", says O. Ortiz.

Apartments for rent will be installed in part of the complex.
After the restoration of St. Elizabeth's chapel will not only be restored to the old view of Bokšto Street, but also the 250th century buildings of lasting artistic value will be revealed. avg. elements of pictorial decor. Also, a landscaped square will be opened to the city, in the center of which a XNUMX-year-old lime tree has been preserved.
In total, 0,75 thousand will be installed in "Bokšto Square", which is located on 6 ha. sq. m premises, half of which will be office space, and the rest will be dedicated to a restaurant, spa, apartments and a restored chapel.
Bokšto st. The spaces located at 6 have been open to visitors of the old town for a long time, as archaeological research was carried out here for as many as 7 years. Only after the archaeological research, in 2010 the detailed plan of the territory was approved, and the construction permit was obtained in 2014.
According to the director of UAB "Baltisches Haus" UAB Baltisches Haus, the project developer and manager, Audrias Masionis, the construction work lasted much longer than the construction of a new office building, because the work was done in a historical place.

From a technological point of view, this is a very complex project, to the implementation of which international forces of architects and builders contributed", says A. Masionis.
