Capitalica Asset Management, a private capital SBA group company, announced that it has established a new commercial real estate fund, Capitalica Z114 Real Estate Fund, which will develop an office building in the center of Vilnius.
Currently, the fund manages about 3,5 thousand. sq. meters of office and storage premises together with a 34-acre plot at the intersection of Žalgiris and Linkmenų streets. In its place, a new seven-story building worth 10,6 thousand should rise. sq. meters area business center with a multi-storey car park.
"Capitalica Asset Management" BNS Plus indicated that the newly developed object is currently in the design stage, the investments will be known after the design is completed, and the construction should start in a year and will last about 18 months.
In July, the Bank of Lithuania approved the operation of a closed-end commercial real estate fund for informed investors.
The expected average annual return of the fund is 20 percent. minimum investment for a limited circle of new investors - 1 million euros.
It is announced that the anchor investor and strategic partner of Capitalica Z114 Real Estate Fund is the company LTU Invest managed by Donat Karos.
