At the world's largest real estate exhibition "MIPIM 13", which began in Cannes on March 2018, Vilnius investment real estate projects and city development plans attracted a lot of attention. Residential blocks, a modern business complex, creative and public spaces, a kindergarten and the old town market have been designed in the multifunctional Paupios district. 5 hectares former industrial area of the capital in the old town will be reborn with new strength and become a vibrant center of attraction for citizens and tourists.
The conversion of the Paupios district is the first step in the implementation of the largest "Vilnius Architecture Park" conversion project in Lithuania, during which it is intended to turn 78 hectares of unused industrial territories near the city center into attractive spaces for life, work and leisure.
Paupios district, in the development of which one of the largest real estate management and development companies in Lithuania, MG Valda, plans to invest more than 150 million. euros, the concept was created by 6 highly experienced teams of architects.
