UMA GO9, a modern co-working space designed for efficient work and guided by the principles of the sharing economy, has opened its doors on Gediminas Prospect, on the top floor of the renewed G9 shopping center. It is the latest space in the UMA Workspace network of real estate investment and management company Technopolis.
The first to settle here are international companies, their representatives or freelancers.
"We notice that our client is mobile, traveling, regional businesses and companies located in Technopolis, for whom such a space can be used as a space for expansion or temporarily needed jobs. We are approached by international and Lithuanian companies, for whom it is important to have jobs in the city center, to provide attractive and non-traditional working conditions for employees, which are extremely lacking in the market. Individuals who are looking for a comfortable place for effective work and to make connections also come here," says Lina Maskoliūnė, head of the Technopolis business group in Lithuania.

The office of SAI Global, the global GRC (Governance, Risk and Complaint) product and service market leader, has already been located in the UMA GO9 co-working space. Railsbank, the UK's leading global open banking and regulatory technology (RegTech) services platform, has opened an office in London. Most likely, Velocity Black, which is growing in the United Kingdom, has established a technology center here, which will develop the company's latest products in Vilnius.
The growing independent energy supplier Enefit, a subsidiary of Eesti Energia, the largest energy producer in the Baltic States, also established its office here, as did other Lithuanian and international companies or their representatives in Lithuania and the Baltic States. "UMA GO9" also cooperates with the international professional network "Global Lithuanian Leaders".

More than 2100 sq. m area on the top floor of the building, more than 260 workplaces have been established, of which approximately 60 percent. - private offices, and the rest - workplaces in common areas that can be used by all UMA GO9 members.
In the space, along the entire perimeter of the floor, there are private offices with 2-12 workplaces arranged in a circle. They are even connected by several open spaces with equipped workplaces: for efficient and creative work, shared meeting rooms and the UMA Coffee space for communication, where members can enjoy free delicious coffee.
"Convenient location in the heart of the city, contract flexibility, a wide range of services and the latest digital solutions, work spaces with Nordic aesthetics and functionality", L. Maskoliūnė names the advantages of UMA GO9. According to her, the range of services offered is extremely attractive to customers, based on the sharing economy, when UMA employees take care of administration, maintenance of premises, and installation of infrastructure.
