The real estate startup Fullreach paid the highest salaries in the third quarter - the average salary here is 26,7 thousand. euros (5 times more than in the second quarter), and the most taxes were paid to the state by game developer Wargaming (6,8 million euros).
The manager of Unicorns Lithuania, Inga Langaitė, says that the growth of start-ups has slowed down a bit due to uncertainty in the markets - companies tend to take less risks.
"Startup creators like change - their business success is based on this, but lately there is so much uncertainty in the markets that no one is waiting for easier times - sprint races today are being replaced by marathons," said I. Langaitė in a comment to BNS.
"Every business developer today is trying to understand what the future holds and how to prepare for that future - market corrections take time." In the short term, some of the decisions we will see may be uncomfortable, but there are positive signs," she added.
Nord Security, a cyber security solutions company, paid $6,2 million in the third quarter. According to I. Langaitė, the need for information and communication technology (ICT) specialists is currently growing. According to her, they make up about 4 percent. of all employees in Lithuania.

In the second quarter of this year, Vinted paid the most taxes and had the most employees (6,55 million euros, 1,3 thousand employees), the highest salaries were paid by the e-commerce service provider Oberlo (average 15,8 thousand euros before taxes ).
