The largest InMedica clinic was located in the new private medical center built by the Realinija company in the Santariškii medical town. The five-story building was adapted and equipped taking into account the requirements for medical facilities, 3 million was invested in the project. euros. The new medical business center was built next to the reconstructed pharmacy, which a few years ago became one of the most modern manufacturing pharmacies in Lithuania.
In Santariškės, there is a lack of commercial premises
Five floors, more than 2000 sq. m. m private medical center with a harmonious configuration and modern architecture was built in the very center of Santariškių medical town, Baublio st. After building this structure, the real estate management and development company "Realinija" completely completed the project of construction of a medical business center and reconstruction of a modern manufacturing pharmacy.
The most modern technologies and engineering systems are installed in the new medical center. The project implemented on a 13-acre plot has 70 underground and surface parking lots for cars.
"Even before we started the project, we saw a huge need for medical facilities in Santariškės, where medical, pharmaceutical companies and laboratories are historically concentrated. "Starting with the reconstruction of the old and morally outdated pharmacy building, we used the potential of this place to the maximum and not only built the most modern production pharmacy, but also a completely new, as far as we know, the first private business center for medical purposes in Santariškii medical town," said Kęstutis, director of UAB "Realinija" Rodent.
The largest InMedica clinic was established
According to K. Graužinis, as soon as the implementation of the project started, the InMedica clinic network immediately became interested in it, which became a tenant of the business center and recently opened its newest and largest clinic unit here.
"The most important medical institutions and clinics of the country are concentrated in Santariškii Medical Campus. Therefore, by opening our largest department in this strategically important location, we aim to be even closer to patients, to improve the availability of quality medical services," said Laura Penikienė, executive director of the InMedica clinic network.
According to the director, this department of the clinic has an opportunity to significantly expand the range of services provided. In the "InMedica" clinic in Santariškės, family medicine services were supplemented by cardiology, gastroenterology, gynecology services, as well as dentists, neurologists, urologists, echoscopists. It is planned that soon dermatologists, otorhinolaryngologists, traumatologists and other specialists will start working here.
"Our new department is comfortably equipped, the latest diagnostic equipment is installed here. Currently, an operating theater block is being installed on the fifth floor of the building, where various operations will be performed," said L. Penikienė.
There are no parking problems near the building
According to the head of the clinic, one of the most important advantages of the new medical center is the large number of parking spaces, convenient access for the disabled and parents with wheelchairs. Visitors coming to the center can park their cars both next to the building and on the first floor of the building specially designated for that purpose.
"The well-known and painful problem of parking spaces in the Santariškii medical campus was very successfully solved in the case of the new medical center. "Realinija", which implemented the project, took this problem into account and adapted the project in such a way that it would be convenient for everyone - both visitors and working doctors," said the head of the clinic.
Tenants participated in the development process
L. Penikienė said that the new "InMedica" branch in Santariškės is an example of successful cooperation with the project developer.
"It is a huge advantage that we agreed on the lease of the building in the very initial phase of the project. As a result, the developer was able to take into account the specific needs of our clinic, and we were involved and actively involved in the entire building planning and fit-out process from the beginning. They responded to comments very flexibly and promptly, and they kept to the deadlines, so we were able to open our largest department on time, where both patients and doctors can feel comfortable," said L. Penikienė.
