Specialists of the city's economy and transport department indicated that "Rimi Lietuva" acted correctly and on time when closing the building. He also indicated that it is necessary to carry out an expert examination of the entire building and to assess in detail the causes of the deformations of the building structures and their influence on all the building structures.
During the time that the building was closed, a detailed examination was carried out, at the same time the owner of the building "BM House" performed additional work on fixing the foundations of the building according to the prepared foundation stabilization project, and the most advanced construction technologies were used for leveling the floor.
