The State Energy Regulatory Council (VERT) decided to set a base price of 0,32 Eur/m³ (without value added tax) for surface wastewater treatment services for individuals and legal entities purchasing surface wastewater treatment services in the city of Vilnius.
The newly determined price of the surface wastewater treatment service is set for a period of five years and comes into force from 2023. November 1.

According to point 07 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Surface Wastewater Treatment Agreement approved V-19-1807, changes to the special conditions of the contract will not be made - due to the change in the base price of the surface wastewater treatment service, the recalculated price of the surface wastewater treatment services payable will be indicated in the payment documents (VAT invoices).
