Guidehouse, a global leader in public and commercial sector financial consulting services, is expanding its team in Vilnius and plans to hire 300 more employees over the next three years. The expansion will primarily focus on attracting anti-money laundering specialists, with an increasing focus on consulting services managed by financial institutions, cryptocurrencies and fintech.
Cooperating with the largest Fortune 500 companies and state-owned enterprises, Guidehouse opened its Vilnius office in 2021. According to Guidehouse managed services partner Eli Morillo, the Vilnius division's specialists constantly surprise us with their attention to detail, proactivity and constant determination to exceed all expectations. It was these qualities that had a direct impact on the company's growth and led to the strategic decision to double the team to 600 employees within three years.
Guidehouse is entering a new stage of development. We've made some very important strategic decisions that will allow us to continue to expand our services and customer base and to better fulfill our mission. We plan to entrust the Vilnius office with a very important role. The goal is to double it in the next three years", E. Morillo shares the plans.
Guidehouse currently employs 17 people. employees in Germany, India, JAV and Lithuania, but only the Vilnius office is planned to be expanded in the next few years. Among other things, when hiring new specialists, the company adheres to the principles of social responsibility: it increases age diversity in the workplace, and at the same time helps employees strengthen their knowledge of the English language so that they can more easily integrate into the company's activities.
According to "Invest in Lithuania” of CEO Elijaus Čivilis, the fact that companies like Guidehouse not only choose to start operations in Lithuania, but also develop ambitious development plans, testifies to the talent and energy of local professionals.
"Guidehouse brought personal and professional growth opportunities, a multicultural environment and other competitive advantages that are necessary in today's world to our labor market. It is extremely nice that Lithuania lived up to the expectations of such a high-level company. We are sure that this is not the last stage of Guidehouse's development in Lithuania", says E. Čivilis.
