The real estate development company "MG Valda" agreed on the sale of one of the two "West Hill" buildings of the capital's "Park Town" office complex.
The company did not disclose the buyer to BNS and indicated that the building will be sold to a private investor. The value of the deal was also not disclosed.
According to BNS, it is intended to be purchased by Dao family office, an investment company managed by the family of Tautvydas Misiūnas, a shareholder of the small concern "Achemos grupė". On Tuesday, the company "PT Rytai" was registered in the Registry Center, which is managed by Vykintas, the son of T. Misiūnas.
According to the registry center, PT Rytus is managed by the company "Vikingų 3", which belongs to the United Kingdom company "Morbunk Estate", the Estonian company "Summus capital" and the Lithuanian company "Vikingų investicijos". The latter is managed by the Estonian company "Zenith capital management" and Luxembourg's "Dao AM" through the Lithuanian company of the same name.
"Dao family office" announces that it manages investments and businesses, the main investor of which is the Misiūnai family. Dao AM, a Luxembourg-registered company managed by her, is presented as a holding company investing with various partners.
"Dao AM" indicates that in Lithuania it has also invested in the development of the holiday home "Naujoji Elija" in Šventoja, the shopping complex "Nordika", and the high-tech production complex of "BOD group" in Vilnius.
According to BNS, the company has also reached an agreement with the Imlitex Holdings group regarding the Arka building. Beautiful acquisition.
According to Sigita Survilaitė-Mekionienė, general director of MG Valdas, the sale of the second building of the complex, East Hill, is currently being negotiated, once its construction is completed.
"We developed this project as an investment project. Our range of activities is expanding, we are increasing investments in real estate every year and soon we will have information about new commercial projects, so we want to focus our attention on development activities," she said in a comment sent to BNS.
The construction of "West Hill" on the capital's Lvovo Street, near the Lithuanian Children and Youth Center and the office building "K29" was completed in 2017. The international office and workplace rental company "Regus Business Centers Vilnius", the information technology company "Alna", the companies "Fortevento", "Trans.eu Baltic", "Same System", "Inventi", "Tieto Lietuva" operate in the building.
Currently, the second building of the complex is being built on the territory, which is planned to be completed in the summer of 2019. The buildings will also be equipped with conference halls, a sports club, cafes, restaurants, beauty salon, dry cleaner, open terrace. MG Valda plans to invest 40 million in the project. euros.
This year, "MG valda" transferred the complex of four office buildings "Verslo trikampis" on J. Jasinskis street in the capital to the investment company "Lewben Investment Management" for an undisclosed sum.
