"MT Group" is undertaking even three new objects: planned construction and reconstruction works in Keleriškiu village. (town of Kėdainiai district), Ausieniškių village. (Vievios sen.) and Grigiškiu (Vilnius municipality) gas distribution stations. Reconstruction works of existing high-pressure gas networks and engineering communication systems will be performed under the same contracts. 7,6 million is planned for the implementation of these projects. EUR budget (without VAT) - "MT Group" promises to finish the works in the summer of next year.
"This is a big challenge both in terms of the volume of work, time, and changes in material prices," says Kristina Norvaišienė, executive director of MT Group.
The projects were initiated in order to ensure the reliability and safety of main gas pipelines, to assess existing and prospective gas flows, as well as to modernize gas distribution the station when they choose equipment of optimal capacity. "It is already possible to foresee the obvious benefits of the projects: operational costs will be optimized, and consumers will be assured of a reliable gas supply that meets the required parameters," adds the executive director of MT Group.
Chairs at the station all technological equipment is technologically outdated, and after the construction and commissioning of a new gas distribution station, the existing infrastructure will be dismantled and taken away for disposal. Currently operating Vievios gas distribution of the station a new gas distribution building with main and distribution pipelines will be built on the territory, the existing infrastructure will be reconstructed and partially dismantled and utilized. In the territory of the current Grigiškii station, two new gas distribution stations are planned, as well as the reconstruction of the existing infrastructure and the dismantling and utilization of part of it. The station will be connected to existing gas pipeline networks.
According to K. Norvaišienė, despite extremely difficult material supply conditions in the construction market, technological equipment and equipment for station automation were ordered on time and are expected to be delivered without delays: "We have accumulated extensive experience in implementing natural gas infrastructure development projects, so we are sure that we it will be possible to overcome the challenges and complete the project in just over a year".
The mentioned projects are three inseparable, but separate projects: the objects are located in different municipalities, the works will be carried out according to separate permits for reconstruction works, and in addition, different works are planned in all three projects.
The management and automation of all processes, as well as the installation of the electrotechnical part, will be performed by UAB "Elsis TS", the long-term partners of UAB "MT Group". Reconstruction works in Keleriškiu village, Ausieniškiu village. and Grigiškių gas distribution stations are part of the National Electricity and Natural Gas Transmission Infrastructure Project Implementation Plan and are implemented by the national natural gas transmission system operator AB Amber Grid.
