Global financial platform Revolut, which has 15 million customers worldwide and more than 300 of them in Lithuania, is expanding its team. The fintech group is building a global sales team and will hire 000 sales professionals. Only the number of successful candidates will determine how many of the 1 open positions will be filled in Lithuania, in Poland, Spain, France, Portugal, UK or JAV.
"We want to make it easier for businesses to trade internationally and offer them access to our easily accessible financial services, including currency conversion at the best rates, corporate expense management and payment collection services." We want to reach millions of entrepreneurs in Europe and the US, so we are looking for 1000 sales professionals with at least six months of experience in B2B sales, good knowledge of English and French, German or Spanish," says Revolut Group Sales Manager Matthew Acton Davis.
This is not the only team that Revolut will invest in developing. The group of financial technology companies is also expanding its banking, financial crime and money laundering prevention and customer service teams in Vilnius and plans to hire over 100 specialists in these areas this year.
Today, Revolut employs almost 2500 people, of which 200 are based in Vilnius. The company is also currently looking for candidates for jobs where the office location is not specified and the place of residence is not important. In this way, Revolut will aim to attract talent from all over the world.
The company recently announced that it is moving to a permanent flexible working policy. In response to employee preferences, Revolut will allow employees to choose when and how often they want to work from home or the office. The company is also implementing a new type of office strategy, RevLabs - its offices around the world, including Lithuania, will gradually turn into co-working spaces.
