The turnover of restaurants that have received Michelin stars or are included in the company's guide has already increased to 50%, says the president of the Lithuanian Hotel and Restaurant Association, Evalda Šiškauskienė. "As far as I spoke with restaurants (rated by Michelin - ELTA), the turnover in them is about 40-50 percent. rose, especially in those where they received stars. And the advertisement hasn't even taken off yet, because it was all announced only recently," E. Šiškauskienė said to "Žinių Radio" on Monday.

E LTA reminds that 26 restaurants located in Lithuania are included in the "Michelin" guide, and catering establishments "Demo", "Dziaugsmas", "Nineteen18" and "Pas mus" are awarded one Michelin star each.
Another 4 restaurants earned the "Bib Gourmand" rating, which is awarded to quality and well-priced catering establishments. These restaurants include 14 horses, Gaspar's, Numan and Le Travi.
The Michelin Green Star, exclusively for restaurants focused on sustainability, is awarded to Red Brick.
