From Tuesday to Thursday, small entrepreneurs are invited to open doors at the tax inspectorates of Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys counties.
During the open days, consultants of the State Tax Inspectorate (VMI) for those who want to handle the accounting of individual activities in a modern way, e. way, will help you take the first steps.
Residents who carry out individual activities based on a certificate or after purchasing a business license can already use the new free e- the service is a virtual accountant i.APS, so the consultants will help you learn how to use it.
"Those who are interested will be taught how to join the program, we will show them how to record income and expenses, and we will introduce them to the additional options of a virtual accountant, of which there are quite a few." In order to be able to connect to the virtual accountant's i.APS program, in the VMI system, we ask residents to bring a login to the e. customer identification means issued by banking or VMI", says Inga Gedminienė, project manager of VMI's virtual accountant i.APS.
It also invites you to familiarize yourself with the demo version of the program i.APS DEMO. After connecting to e. the bank should choose VMI e. service - "i.APS DEMO". The demo version of the program can be familiarized not only with individuals who are currently self-employed, but also with the intention of becoming self-employed.
VMI reminds that the virtual accountant i.APS can be used by all residents who carry out individual activities according to a certificate or after purchasing a business certificate, who keep simplified accounting. It is estimated that there are about 220 residents carrying out individual activities based on a certificate and/or business license.
According to VMI, the new e. the service will help small businesses manage their income and expenses more easily and save time on filling out paper income and expense logs, and soon on tax calculations.
"Residents who will fill in the Income and Expenditure Journal online, in the VMI system, will no longer need to fill in a paper journal, take care of accounting documents, or worry that the "papers" will get lost over time. In addition, based on the data processed by i.APS, after evaluating the information received from other sources, the income and expenses of the resident's activities will be calculated, and these data will be uploaded to the preliminary declaration in 2020, all that remains is to submit it.
Soon, in the program, residents will be able to see and calculate the amounts of GPM, VAT and taxes administered by "Sodra": PSD and VSD contributions. Thus, it will no longer be necessary to look for a tool to calculate fees, to understand how they are calculated, to perform calculations, and it will be possible to conveniently pay them - the payment order will be created automatically, the user will only need to choose his bank", - i.APS project manager Inga Gedminienė mentions the advantages of the program.
The VMI draws the attention of the residents that accounting can be done by the virtual accountant i.APS, in the VMI system, by connecting to the VMI information system i.MAS via e. banking or with VMI tools. You can start doing this in any month of the year, you just need to add the amounts of income and expenses in the program for the months in which accounting was not done in i.APS.
