The Barclays logo on the 12-story Green Hall 1 building, which stopped operating in Lithuania, disappeared already a week ago. The highlight of the capital city, the place symbolically called "meeting at Barclays" by the townspeople, will not remain nameless - with the construction of the third office building of the exclusive complex, the real estate company "Urban Inventors" of the SBA group is completing the "Green Hall" business valley project, so from now on the tallest building will be visible updated Green Hall logo.
"A decade ago, the first Green Hall building in the business valley was decorated with the name of the main tenant, which eventually became the building's unofficial name. Today, with the completion of the entire Green Hall Valley development of three business centers, it is given a new focus that reflects the main characteristics of the project - sustainability, proximity to the river and nature, and community. We have no doubt that in the long run, the majority of the public will associate this place with the name "Green Hall", says Olga Belova, Director of Strategic Marketing of SBA.

According to her, the updated logo of the complex reproduces the stylized form of all three buildings of the business valley and the bends of the river. Such a decision was dictated by the location of the complex in the picturesque bend of Neris - the business valley located in the central part of the city is surrounded by greenery, employees can see not only the green Žvėrynas or the river flow from the windows of all buildings, but the view stretches over the roofs of the old town far towards the forests surrounding the capital. The entire complex has been associated with environmentally friendly, innovative and advanced engineering architectural solutions since the beginning of development. This was reflected in the previous style of the brand. The update combines these elements and together includes the particularly important creation of social space. The logo was created by Gintas Lapėnas, who also contributed to the creation of the logo of the co-working space "Monday Office", located in the valley.
The entire valley of three business centers "Green Hall", located on the right bank of the Neris River, occupies almost 35 square meters. sq. meters of area, of which offices make up close to 20 thousand. sq. meters. Currently, clients can choose between several hundred and several thousand square meters of office space in the Green Hall 1 and Green Hall 3 buildings. meters. The total investment in Green Hall Valley is more than 42 million. Eur.
