Although most of the financial resources of "Alna", which manages IT solution companies, are directed to the search for new markets and product innovations that create high added value, the group does not forget the well-being of its employees. Friday, May 12 an agreement was signed with one of the country's largest real estate development companies "MG Valda" regarding the long-term lease of the new, modern office complex "Park Town". More than 3000 sq. m. "Alnos" office in the first building of the "Park Town" complex will be ready for use at the beginning of next year, and all the group's employees will be located there.
"We were looking for an office where employees could work in a space that encourages creativity and collaboration, and relax in cozy spaces during rest. In addition, it is important for us to have as many services as possible that provide opportunities to manage personal affairs in one place, so we are grateful "Newsec"for effective work in finding a solution", says Tomas Milaknis, Chairman of the Board of Alna Group.
Milaknis says that a company that creates high value-added services must create working conditions that attract the most talented people, so the workplace, financial incentives and top-level management are Alnos' strategy.
According to Sigita Survilaitė-Mekionienė, general director of MG Valda, the start of cooperation with Alna is both an assessment and a challenge to maintain high operational standards.
"We have more than twenty years of experience in the real estate market, so we highly value the long-term partnership and trust of solid companies. "Alna" emphasizes the creation of the well-being of its employees, and we firmly believe that the new office will also contribute to the achievement of this goal", comments S.Survilaitė-Mekionienė.
The business complex will have a conference center, a kindergarten, a sports club, restaurant, other daily services will be provided. The buildings will be equipped with two spacious terraces, from which there will be a view of the future Japanese garden bordering the business center.
Lithuanian building sustainability and BREEAM certification experts say that after a preliminary assessment, the newly built Park Town business center will be the first in Lithuania to have a BREEAM "New Construction Excellent" level certificate.
