3 more apartment buildings are planned in Lazdynėlais

In Lazdynėliai, on Lietaus street, it is planned to build a block of 3 apartment houses. The four-story apartment buildings are expected to have 168 one- to four-room apartments, and the majority of the apartments will be two-room apartments. It is also planned to install 168 parking spaces on the site: 144 spaces in underground storage and 24 spaces in surface parking lots.

The design proposals indicate that five children's playgrounds, two sports fields and two recreation areas for the elderly are planned among the future multi-apartment residential buildings. The total area of ​​all playgrounds is 413m².
