Vilnius City Municipality informs that there will be repeated deliberations, during which three projects will be presented to the public. The meetings will discuss the construction of apartment buildings in Žvėrynas, Naujininkai and Lazdynėliai. "Made in Vilnius" has already presented all these projects in its previous publications.
An apartment building will be built between two kindergartens in Naujininkai
The first draft will be discussed on September 11. It is planned to present the draft Brothers street, where two apartment buildings are planned to be built between the kindergartens "Šaltinėlis" and "Pabiručiai". This mini-complex will consist of a common parking lot on the basement floor, and apartments in the two future buildings above the parking lot. A total of 60 apartments will be offered. The apartments on the ground floor will have a terrace.

There will be 6 different types of residential buildings, and after all four phases are completed, 369 apartments will be offered to the market.
