"The apartment building complex is designed according to the principles typical of the perimeter building typology with a clearly separated private courtyard from the public street space. In the courtyard, a children's playground, a youth sports field and a seniors' recreation area are designed. The courtyard is designed to be closed, with lockable gates.
"Green areas will be established in the territory free from paths and passages. On the roof of the underground parking lot, a minimum of 40 cm thick vegetative soil for planting shrubs and small trees is planned for green areas," the design proposals state about the layout of the new quarter.
New quarter – with 311 apartments
The construction of the apartment block is planned to be implemented in three stages, and an underground parking lot is being designed under the entire block. 7 apartment buildings residential buildings, which will be 5-7 stories high. Most of them will be semi-detached, forming private courtyards.
Two underground car parks are being designed: on the ground floor and the second floor with two separate entrances from the newly designed street. -1m955 is being designed on the ground floor.2 shelter. Three construction phases are planned:
- Construction phase I – blocks A, E, F and basement floors -2 and -1 of multi-apartment residential buildings;

- Construction phase III – blocks D and G of multi-apartment residential buildings.
The buildings will be functionally separated from each other. Separate metering systems and premises for connecting engineering communications are planned for each building.
What changes in the revised project proposals?
The area of the plot controlled by the builder is increasing. The area of the plot with greenery is increasing slightly to 40,71%. The total area of the buildings is increasing to 31062 m2, and the number of apartments increases from 296 units to 311 units.
