In Vilnius, Pašilaičiai, in a former garage complex at the intersection of Justiniškės and Pumpėnų streets, a Swedish-capital residential housing development company "Bonava Lithuania" is starting construction of a new apartment block. For the start of construction Vilnius city municipality The green light has already been given - a building permit has been obtained.

In the first phase, the company will build and fully equip 57 apartments. Later, during the first phase of construction, seven five-story buildings and one six-story building will be built. apartment buildingThey will include 203 apartments, 17 commercial premises and 157 parking spaces, some of which will be underground. All buildings will meet the A++ energy efficiency class.

A total of 731 fully furnished apartments are planned for the quarter. Investments in this residential project will exceed 100 million euros.

Residents will be able to choose from 1-4 room apartments, the area of which will range from 28 to 70 square meters.

As in other Bonava Lietuva projects, the apartments will be sold fully finished. Upon request, customers will be able to purchase additional kitchen and cabinet furniture.

Remigijus Pleteras, the head of Bonava Lietuva, emphasizes that the commercial premises will be located along Justiniškės, Pumpėnų and Grigalaukios streets, on the first floors of the buildings: "They will create the vitality of the microdistrict and at the same time, as it were, separate the inner courtyards, which will be equipped with children's playgrounds, recreation areas and the main highlight of the quarter - a pedestrian alley."

According to him, urban solutions, architectural forms, and color combinations will help create a vibrant, dynamic environment in which it will be pleasant to live.

"The project will be distinguished by its abundant greenery, which perfectly reflects the name of the quarter "Green Wave" - like a breath of green wave in the place where gray garages used to stand. This project is a true revival of the territory," says the head of "Bonava Lietuva".

According to R. Pleter, Pašilaičiai is currently one of the most promising microdistricts in the capital, so the development in this location was not chosen by chance:

"In this microdistrict, residents will find everything they need for a comfortable life - there are both public and private kindergartens and schools, shopping centers, and business centers are rapidly being built. Nearby is the Fabijoniškės swimming pool, various sports clubs, and the district is conveniently accessible by expressway." public transport lines and newly installed bicycle paths.”
