In Vilnius, Pašilaičiai, in a former garage complex at the intersection of Justiniškės and Pumpėnų streets, a Swedish-capital residential housing development company "Bonava Lithuania" is starting construction of a new apartment block. Remigijus Pleteras, the head of Bonava Lietuva, emphasizes that the commercial premises will be located along Justiniškės, Pumpėnų and Grigalaukios streets, on the first floors of the buildings: "They will create the vitality of the microdistrict and at the same time, as it were, separate the inner courtyards, which will be equipped with children's playgrounds, recreation areas and the main highlight of the quarter - a pedestrian alley."

According to R. Pleter, Pašilaičiai is currently one of the most promising microdistricts in the capital, so the development in this location was not chosen by chance:
