In one of the greenest micro-districts of the capital - Lazdynėliai - the once abandoned territory continues to revive. Currently, near the Bukčiai Forest and the Neries Bend, the A-class low-rise multi-apartment project "Lazdynėlių vingis" is being developed, which will soon be filled with almost 140 dwellings.
In less than a year, the 3rd and 4th stages of "Lazdynėlių vingios" will be completed: residents will be offered 2- and 3-room apartments with an area of 39 to 69 square meters. m. At the same time, 65 warehouses, 80 underground parking spaces, and 6 commercial premises will be installed.
Jurgita Kveselaitė, the executive director of Homa, the developer of the "Lazdynėlių vingis" project, says that the biggest advantage of the project is the green surroundings and complete peace - what is currently most in demand in society.
"This project was established in a beautiful place, surrounded by nature, and now people have the opportunity to build their own homes here. Through the windows of the apartments, people will be able to see the views of the forest, and use the advantages of one of the newest and greenest micro-districts of the capital - Lazdynieli. At home, you feel like you are on vacation in a resort, but when you leave, you find the entire city infrastructure and excellent connections to any corner of the capital," says J. Kveselaitė.
According to her, the entire project is intended for those who like to relax at home - a lot of spaces and zones for relaxation will be created in the settlement. From relaxation areas with hammocks, reading corners, yoga lawns to sports areas, children's playgrounds with trampolines, and even dog training areas.
All these zones or, if necessary, other zones are planned together with settlers - people who have already purchased or intend to purchase apartments in "Lazdynėlių Vingye".

The highlight is huge terraces and balconies
In addition, the apartments of the new phases of the project will be equipped with balconies and terraces that are much larger than usual. Their area will reach up to 22 square meters. m, the owners of each apartment will have them.
"When creating a project in such a landscape, larger balconies and terraces are necessary. The balcony of each house will be like a window to nature, which is breathtaking next to the project. In addition, we target those who want to improve their quality of life and enjoy peace and quiet. Therefore, the project will contain a number of solutions implementing these principles", says J. Kveselaitė.
For example, the inner courtyard is planned to be completely peaceful: there will be no car traffic, only rest areas are being prepared. Therefore, those whose apartment windows will face the courtyard will not have to worry about noise.
Proven long-term solutions
Currently, the first two phases of the "Lazdynėlių vingis" project have already been built: the apartments of the first one have been successfully sold out, and only 80 of the 5 apartments are left in the second.
"Such results reveal that the ambition to develop the project surrounded by nature was successful. The demand for apartments has been high since the beginning of the development of the project, and we hope that it will remain in these stages as well. It is true that it should be emphasized that only a beautiful environment and the location of the project are not a guarantee of success. Our projects also use long-lasting construction materials, such as slate tile decoration on the facades, which ensure quality and durability," says the head of developer Homa.
Among the advantages of the 3rd and 4th stages, she names energy class A, recuperative ventilation system, wooden profile window frames, etc. The planned completion of the works is in 2020. III quarter
The developer "Homa" plans to allocate 5,6 million for these stages of the project. EUR (without VAT) investments.
