Another fast food restaurant "Jammi" is being designed on Žalgiris Street

Design proposals have been submitted to the Vilnius City Municipality with the intention to build a fast food restaurant "Jammi" on Žalgiris Street. The design proposals indicate that the building will have two floors: on the first floor, in the northern part, a cafeteria hall (38 seats) with access to the bar/order area is designed. On the second floor, there will be a visitor area with tables (24 seats) and a room for engineering equipment. Part of the second floor will also be dedicated to an outdoor terrace, where another 30 seats will be installed.

"The building is designed with transparent glass showcases and wood-imitating laminate surfaces. In places, at the display area, lamellas of the same laminate texture are designed. The wooden surfaces will give the building and its surroundings coziness, the see-through transparent planes will open the building to visitors. Such an architectural exterior solution will fit into the existing environment. The height of the projected building is 2 floors, the projected height from the average ground surface is 10 m," the design proposals say about the future cafe building.
