Vilnius district municipality announces that a new warehouse building is being designed near Vilnius. The building should be built next to Ukmergė highway, in Užubaliai.
"The storage building is designed with regular rectangular shapes, two floors and a mezzanine. There are two entrances to the building from the west (Ukmergė st.) sides. One is for building administration employees and guests (customers), the other entrance is for warehouse employees.
Upon entering the building, you will enter the two-story administrative part with utility rooms. On the first floor of this part, a lounge, reception, meeting room, dining room (food is only heated, cooking is not planned) and sanitary facilities are planned, on the second floor - offices, meeting rooms, kitchenette (food is only heated, cooking is not planned), sanitary facilities, storerooms and technical premises. In the largest part of the building, a universal warehouse with a free height of 8 m is planned. Various types of racks are provided - according to the need and the size of the objects to be stored. The racks are serviced with the help of electric forklifts. Three ramps of different heights are provided for loading and unloading cargo (125 cm - for tractors, 50 cm - for minibuses and level access for vehicle entry
directly to the warehouse)", the project proposals say about the future building.
The entrance to the plot is planned from the Senoj Ukmergė road through the neighboring plot (store "Rimi"). The design proposals also indicate that 49 employees will work in the company, of which 19 are women and 30 are men.
