In May, the real estate company Realco will begin construction of the first phase of the new residential quarter "Just-In" and apartment sales in Pašilaičiai, at Justiniškių St. 126. The project includes a total of two phases, in which 499 apartments and 24 commercial premises are planned.
"With Just-In, we aim to create a residential district with convenient infrastructure and functional architecture. The project reflects our ambition to create more than just buildings, but also quality of life," says Julius Dovidonis, CEO of Realco.
According to him, confidence in this project and its attractiveness is demonstrated by the advance sales of Just-In apartments, currently about 60 apartments have already been sold.
In the first stage of the Just-In development, a total of 266 apartments and 22 commercial premises are planned to be built, with a total area of 13 sq m. m. The apartments currently for sale have 202–1 rooms, 4–30 sq m. m. area, and all will have balconies or terraces. The completion of the first stage is scheduled for the first quarter of 75.
The Just-In project includes many public spaces – children's playgrounds, an amphitheater, a promenade, and sustainable construction and infrastructure solutions.
"The block space, adapted to the needs of the community that will settle here, will feature lushly landscaped public spaces, children's playgrounds, an amphitheater, and an alley for walks. The enclosed territory is designed to create conditions for both privacy and community," says J. Dovidonis.
Among other advantages of the new project are underground parking parking lots and electric vehicle charging stations. Each yard has above-ground bicycle storage sheds where residents can safely store their bicycles, for which this area has excellent infrastructure: bicycle paths provide easy access not only to the city center, but also to other districts of the capital.
"Pašilaičiai is a mature, developed and densely populated Vilnius region", so the Just-In project is also attractive for commercial activities. This, in turn, will further contribute to the convenience of residents settling here and the ability to obtain the necessary services," says J. Dovidonis.
