"After starting sales of Phase I, we quickly realized that there was a significant demand for large apartments in Pašilaičiai. Customers were interested in larger apartments, of which there were only a few in the first phase, and having not found a suitable one for themselves, they decided to wait for Phase II. Therefore, less than a year after the start of the first phase, we are starting the second and focusing on apartments for families with an area of 60–80 sq. meters. More than 70 percent of the apartments in this phase will be 3- and 4-room apartments. The construction of the new kindergarten will allow for the admission of an additional 280 children to the state educational institution in Vilnius.
The project in Pašilaičiai will stand out for its architecture, which was created by the architectural studios "Fragment" and "Nytt". Their main goal is to preserve the most important value of the territory: mature greenery and integrate new building volumes between them as naturally as possible. In order to harmoniously blend into the existing landscape, the concept of point volumes and natural color solutions of earth and green tones were chosen, harmoniously blending with the environment.
