in New Vilnius, A new residential project "Linksmoji 58" is being built on Linksmoji Street, promising to enliven the area with stylish architecture and reveal a high-quality standard of living. It is planned to build a two-building apartment building with 36 apartments. The project is being implemented by real estate developer UAB "Acinus".
The four-story apartment building will feature 28–82-room apartments with spacious balconies and terraces, ranging from 1 to 4 sq m. m. in area; underground parking lotThe building will meet the A+ energy efficiency class. The expected completion of construction is the third quarter of 2026.
"New Vilnius is rapidly developing and becoming an increasingly advanced, attractive district for investment and living. We see that this place has a lot of potential due to the developed transport infrastructure and convenient connections to the city center. By building an apartment building, we aim to create modern, high-quality and energy-efficient housing that will meet the needs of today's residents and we hope to contribute to the development of the district," - says Mindaugas Povilaitis, the head of UAB "Acinus", about the new project.
The developers of the residential apartment building aimed for the modern design, subtle colors and harmonious facade solutions to allow the building to blend naturally into the landscape of Naujoji Vilnia. One of the greenest districts of the capital is surrounded on all sides by forests, rivers and parks - nearby are Pavilniai Regional Park, Naujoji Vilnia Park, Pūčkoriai Outcrop, Rokantiškės Castle Site and other natural and historical areas.
Located in the eastern part of Vilnius, the district, which was once considered industrial, has seen a growing population and an increase in the number of public buildings and improved public spaces in recent years. A new junior high school has been built on Stasios Lozoraičios Street, and the construction of a multifunctional center for the Pavilnis community is planned. Currently, preparations are underway to renovate the square next to the Naujojis Vilnias Cultural Center, which will become a community attraction. A square has already been installed at the intersection of Juodojos kelijos and Tolimosas Streets, and the Naujojis Vilnias square has been reconstructed.
"One of the biggest advantages is that the new residential project is located away from noisy streets, where there is a safe, communal atmosphere, perfect for families, young couples or people who value a calm pace of life. There are plenty of green areas and recreational spaces around, so the settlers will be able to enjoy fresh air and quality rest," shares Juliana Stanišauskienė, head of the project coordinator "NU:MO".
The Linksmoji 58 project being developed in the capital city raised part of its funds through the crowdfunding and investment platform Röntgen, which is supervised and licensed by the Bank of Lithuania. This shows the confidence not only of real estate market participants but also of investors in the project's unconventional location.
