A new apartment building is planned to be built in Vilnius, at Santariškių St. 60.
On May 2025, 8 at 17:00 p.m., residents are invited to participate in a public discussion of project proposals, which will take place in Vilnius city municipality, Konstitucijos Ave. 3, room 215.
The planned building is two three-story buildings connected by an underground parking lot. There are 30 apartments, all with balconies, and 32 parking spaces and bicycle and stroller storage are planned in the underground parking lot. In the depths of the plot, away from the street, playgrounds for children, a sports area and recreation areas for seniors are planned.
Great attention is paid to landscaping - more than 45 percent of the plot area will be green areas. Green areas are being installed with lawns, pine trees, Zybold apple trees, miscanthus grasses and climbing plants. 4 trees will be removed - 1 pine tree growing in the center of the plot (trunk diameter 43 cm) and 3 fruit trees.
The project proposals were prepared by UAB “Miesto mozaika”, architect Vykintas Šeškus.
