Real estate investments UABMales" presents the business center "Business Stadium West" located on Rinktinė Street in the capital. This is the first office building in the future largest multifunctional business quarter in Vilnius.
"This business center is a dynamic center of attraction, forming a modern Rinktinė street together with the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. "Business Stadium West is one of the first steps in what we believe to be the largest integrated mixed-use business district in the city centre," says Arvydas Avulis, Chairman of the Hanner Board.
According to him, "Business Stadium West" is distinguished by modern solutions: for example, arriving employees and guests are greeted not by an office administrator, but by a virtual assistant operating on the principles of artificial intelligence, with whom you can speak in Lithuanian.
"The office building is equipped with the latest environmental control systems, and engineering solutions ensure maximum comfort for employees - for example, when designing the building, we planned that no workplace would be more than 3,6 m away from natural light," says A. Avulis.
The facade was inspired by the stadium scoreboard
Edgaras Neniškis, a partner of the architecture studio "Arches" who designed the building, says that a significant part of the decisions was dictated by the place where "Business Stadium West" was built.

"We created an office building suitable for the city center, which has important elements of sociality and the past. An unconventional ventilation system that creates a three-dimensional impression gives the facade originality. Each window is framed by raised structures with built-in vents. They allow each office to have as much natural fresh air as possible, but this solution also has a meaningful level. The building is located on the site where the main stand of the former stadium was, with a large scoreboard hanging above it. The facade with brightly framed windows is an interpretation of that light board", says E. Neniškis.
According to the architect, the first floors of Business Stadium West included in the interior make the building more friendly to the passerby, and larger "excavations" are formed where the largest flows of people are expected - at the intersection and along the axis of the block - the pedestrian promenade.
At the center of the exterior and interior is the atrium
Another important element mentioned by E. Neniškis is the glass atrium, which divides the building into two bodies.
"We formed a 30 m high atrium at the axis of the newly developing Ceikinių street. It is unique in its size, the brightness of the atrium helps break up the dark building, making it perceptibly shorter. The atrium is also perhaps the most striking element of the interior, its hanging bridges and meeting rooms not only connect the building's bodies, but also become social spaces," says the architect.
Both in this atrium and outside the building near the promenade, there are two more signs of history - amphitheatres, reminiscent of the stands of the former stadium here.
Electric cars and solar power
A roof terrace with a wonderful view of Gediminas Castle is being prepared on the business center. Employees will be able to use this space for inspiring meetings and creative work.
8 floors 16 sq.m. m class A business center was completed at the end of last year, and Trafi, NFQ Technologies, Teleperformance, Nortal and other companies have already settled there. On the first floor of the building there are Vero Cafe, Narvesen, Thierry bakery, Eurovaistinė, restaurant iLunch.
Currently, almost the entire building is already leased, and it is planned that Business Stadium West will employ approximately 1 employees in total.
There is an underground under the building parking lot, which also has an electric car charging station. Business center employees can also use electric car and electric scooter sharing services.
An 80 kW solar power plant is installed on the roof of the A+ energy class building, which should meet about 5 percent of the energy consumption. the annual electricity demand of the whole building.
A quarter open to the city and business
Business Stadium West is the first business center in this quarter. Currently, the second one - "Business Stadium North" - is being built near Šeimyniškių Street, and the 199-room hotel "Courtyard by Marriott" was opened in the area last year. On the other side of the territory, Hanner is developing the multi-apartment project "Centro residence" - Phase II is currently under construction.
According to A. Avulis, Hanner is planning to create perhaps the largest business quarter in the capital in terms of area - a total of about 100 square meters. m of offices. These buildings should fill the area, the axis of which is already forming a promenade, and a large square is planned in the center.
"We are creating a neighborhood that is open not only to business, but also to the city, so we are focusing on unique public spaces with fountains and water cascades, greenery and recreation areas. The public spaces were designed by one of the world's most famous landscape architect studios, Martha Schwartz Partners, says the chairman of Hanner's board.
In total, the company plans to allocate about 2 million for the creation of public spaces. euros.
200 million is planned. euro investments
Hanner invested about 25 million in the Business Stadium West project. euros, the same amount is intended to be spent on the construction of Business Stadium North.
It is planned to allocate about 200 million for the development of the entire territory. euro investments.
