"GO Development" is starting the construction of the II phase of its managed project "Senamiesčio sodai" at Seinų g. 4, a little earlier than planned. After sales in the I phase exceeded 40 percent, it was decided to increase the project's supply by another 92 apartments and 6 commercial premises. About 15 million euros will be invested in the second phase of the project. It is planned that the construction work will be completed in the IV quarter of 2026.
The second phase of the project will consist of four 4-5-storey A++ class houses, which will feature 1-4-room apartments and commercial premises. Customers will be able to choose from 26-124 sq. meters of living space and 44-279 sq. meters of commercial premises for business. In addition to standard layouts, this phase will also offer apartments with mezzanines, the ceilings of which will reach a height of up to 7 meters.
An underground tunnel is planned under the houses of Phase II. parking lot, bicycle storage, for security – a fenced area and video surveillance cameras and access control. The apartments have underfloor heating, balconies and terraces of various sizes.
"We decided to start sales of the second phase earlier, because after selling more than 40 percent of the apartments in the first phase, we already feel that customers are starting to lack a variety of apartments to choose from," says Tomas Žiaugra, Director of the Development Department at EIKA Development. According to him, the project has attracted a lot of interest from the very beginning from customers looking for apartments for investment. "At the beginning of the first phase, many of the first buyers were investors - they were interested in both apartments and commercial premises. This shows that the project and its location are attractive, and the price here is to be recorded as early as possible. We expect no less interest when the second phase of the project starts: apartment prices here will start from 4300 euros per square meter - which is extremely attractive in the prestigious housing segment."
The "Old Town Gardens" complex will be distinguished by its modern and subtle architecture, which will blend in with the surroundings. The facades of the houses will be covered with durable and luxurious clinker tiles. The large panoramic windows will open up to a magnificent view of the Old Town. panoramaThe authors of the project architecture are UAB "Aketuri architektai".
