The real estate development company "Galio Group" received a construction permit for the residential project "Namai-Kintai" in Šnipiškės, Kintų st. 13, in Vilnius. The construction work of the four-story apartment building and twelve cottage complex is planned to start this month - the investment in the project will reach 11,1 million. euros.
The project "Namai-Kintai" will build 123 apartments with spacious balconies or terraces and twelve cottage-type houses with individual yards. The area of the apartments ranges from 24 to 72 square meters. m, the planned housing area in the cottages is from 108 sq. m. The underground parking lot has 138 spaces for cars and electric cars, storerooms, stroller and bicycle storage, and a closed courtyard with a children's playground and green areas is intended for residents to relax.
"Although the real estate (NT) market is going through a period of uncertainty due to the COVID-19 virus and the ongoing quarantine, we have no doubts about the success of the Namų-Kintų project. When evaluating the statistics of sales of new apartments last year, Šnipiškės was the district leader - 14% of the apartments were sold here. of all new apartments, and the demand was even higher than the new supply of real estate developers. The district's attractiveness will not disappear anywhere and will only get stronger thanks to both real estate developers and the investments of the Vilnius municipality, which are transforming abandoned territories," says Rūta Grucienė, director of residential projects at Galio Group.
According to R. Grucienė, the construction of the project "Houses-Kintai" will take place in parallel with the project of cleaning up the abandoned territory of the Vilnius municipality between Kinta and Giedraičiai streets, where an attractive, modern public community space will be created, as well as in parallel with the movement of important residents of the city of Vilnius to Giedraičiau, Kernavė and Reconstruction of Daugeliškis streets.

Flexible conditions for purchasing apartments
After receiving the building permit, Galio Group starts active sales of Namų-Kintų apartments and cottages. The company made it possible for customers to pay the down payment not immediately, by signing a preliminary sales contract, but in installments.
"We have received many inquiries about the possibility of paying the down payment in installments over a longer period of time. Residents experience the same sense of uncertainty as businesses, there is anxiety and part of the population is currently avoiding spending large sums of money. Therefore, we decided to provide an opportunity to pay the down payment in installments every month until the end of the construction of the project. The end of the construction of "Namų-Kintų" is expected in the fourth quarter of 2021. Investments in the project will reach 11,1 million. EUR without VAT.
