Real estate development company Rinvest has received a building permit to begin the third and final phase of the Riverland residential development. The project, which is being developed on Lazdynėlių g., was the third-largest in terms of the number of homes sold in the capital in 2024 and the most popular in the Lazdynėlių microdistrict. It is planned to invest 13 million euros in the final phase of construction.
"We have put a lot of work and effort into creating the first stages of the project, and the last one will be the completion of the entire quarter. We have already invested 21,6 million euros in the first stages. We aim to create a safe, engaging environment that encourages spending time in the fresh air. People have appreciated our efforts, 80 percent of the apartments have already been sold in the first two stages," says Inga Račevska, head of Rinvest.
Non-standard solutions
During the third phase of construction, 1,7 A++ energy efficiency class apartments and cottages will be built on an area of 120 hectares. The apartments will have 2–5 rooms and will be 39–137 sq m in area, their price will range from 2500 to 3800 thousand euros per sq m, depending on the type, size and location in the block. The project also includes one commercial space for services of 129 sq m.
"Every third stage House "designed to ensure comfort and privacy for residents - courtyards, common areas, private outdoor and roof terraces. A significant part of the apartments and cottages will have two parking spaces, some will have additional unregistered attic spaces. At this stage, we have adopted a number of non-standard solutions, we hope that they will meet the needs of even the most demanding settlers," says I. Račevska.
The completion of the third phase of construction is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
An exclusive place
This project stands out for its unique location – the residential plot is located near the Neris River and borders the Bukčiai Forest Park. The area of the third phase stands out from the others because it is the most private in the entire project.
"Like the first two phases of this project, Phase III is characterized by great attention to environmental design. In the first phases, three children's playgrounds for children of different ages, outdoor chess, a mini golf course, hammocks and many other recreation and sports spaces have already been installed. Streams have been formed in the inner courtyards, providing peace and complementing the feeling of closeness to nature," says I. Račevska.
